Thank you so much to everybody who submitted a science fair entry. All of the projectswere outstanding and many parents and teachers commented on the high quality of work and science that had been completed at home. Choosing a KS1 and KS2 winner was extremely difficult, but we eventually came to a decision.
The winner for KS1 with his brilliant project about space was Jack K in Year 2, and the winner for KS2 was Sophie M in year 6 for her detailed project on lung capacity. The winning projects are now on display in Santander in Market Harborough along with the other winners from the participating schools. Please feel free to pop in to Santander to see this celebration of science. Thank you to the Ogden Trust and Judith Green from Robert Smyth for funding prizes and organising the winning projects. We are hoping to make the science fair an annual event and continue to make science an enjoyable subject at home and school!
